Why am I (Mom) so ignorant of good habits that I know are going to be good for me?

Even if we are aware of the advantages of good habits, many people struggle to adapt them or feel uneducated. As a result, start blaming and critical self criticism starts.

I have been coaching working moms with Habits, disciplines, principles, values, Etc and Frankly speaking after 30 yrs of age Is it really easy to get into building up good habits?

The first and most important is arguably the fact that excellent habits are probably taught at a young age in schools, but are forgotten because of lack of practice when we actually need them.

Here are a few more reasons why we might be ignoring healthy behaviors, but keep in mind that these are only our hypotheses and that actual reasons may vary greatly depending on the choices, behaviors, and actions of certain individuals.

Hacks are being instructed by everyone on how to lead a happy life & however very few teaches about values, goals and vision.

Teaching a few key principles as the base to young minds as a required subject till they graduate from school is necessary if we truly want to live happy lives.

Some of the common things that we are missing today even after we are moms

1. Motivation: I only learned this word when I obtained my first job. It's too late to learn motivation

2. Self-discipline: Creating excellent habits frequently calls for self-control and willpower.

Where do we suddenly get self-control and willpower and that to peak of my life, when many things are changing around me?

Can schools teach these basic principles to our kids from an early age till they have finished their education?

3. Overwhelming goals: Consider the results if students make studying their primary objective from the start. Will it be overwhelming in the future?

4. Consistency: Lack of consistency might cause habits to become weaker or make it more difficult to maintain them.

We are aware that schools continue to ignore these subject and leave them up to the discretion of poor young minds.

5. Emotions & Feelings: Unfavourable feelings might interfere with our motivation and capacity to engage in constructive behaviors. Examples include anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem.

Once more, merely naming feelings won't make them stronger emotionally.

See if you have an answer to this
Why, in the interests of practicing complete education, are habits and values not included in the school's curriculum?

If we can build AI then why not nurture young minds And if would, then imagine the intelligence that the next generation will possess😊 the struggle to live a life happier probably eases down.

Stop blaming yourself moms, and start working towards your health objectives because it's already past due.

You have the greatest potential for success.
