Welcome, Moms!

If you're unfamiliar with my journey, allow me a moment to share why I'm so passionate about guiding working mothers toward life-changing transformations.

 

My path to post-pregnancy weight loss and reclaiming my ideal shape wasn't a straightforward one. As a mother of two recovering from cesarean section, I found myself grappling with a significant weight gain of 23 kg.

 

Despite the joy of motherhood, the added weight posed challenges to my mobility, affecting my daily routines and professional commitments.

 

Facing criticism from family, friends, and colleagues compounded my distress, leading to a loss of confidence and self-belief. As a healthcare professional, I understood the health risks associated with excess weight and was determined to avoid falling victim to them.

My journey toward weight loss began in 2016, marked by a relentless pursuit of various diets, exercise routines, and lifestyle changes—all while juggling a demanding job. Despite initial setbacks and frustrations, I persisted, driven by a deep desire for change.

​

In 2019, armed with renewed determination and a fresh perspective, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery. I delved into extensive research, exploring diverse approaches to health and fitness. This newfound knowledge enabled me to craft a personalized diet and exercise regimen that yielded remarkable results.

Within six months, I not only shed the excess weight but also regained my confidence and vitality. Empowered by this transformation, I committed to maintaining my newfound health and supporting others on their journeys.

Today, as the founder of Karuna's Fitmoms, I am dedicated to empowering women worldwide to prioritize their health and well-being.

 

My training philosophy emphasizes the importance of mental resilience and commitment to achieving lasting results. Through a holistic approach encompassing training, nutrition, mindset, and accountability, I guide moms toward their fitness goals with compassion and expertise.

 

At Karuna's Fitmoms, we prioritize quality over quantity, emphasizing balanced nutrition and self-love. Our mission is to cultivate a supportive community where every woman feels empowered to embrace her journey and celebrate her victories.
