Let me tell you I never went for options that would be burning my pockets also along with my body fats..😁Nuts and seeds were


Nuts and seeds were the part of my diet that helped me to maintain a high energy level, active, and away from cravings.


How many of us know that seeds and nuts are good for our health? What do we do with this info?


Food is the most important part of weight loss, We must know what is the right way to consume so that we eat and lose weight.


Let's start with Omega fatty acids.

Do you think of taking supplements for omega?


Let me tell you nutrition when consuming from diet works faster than taking any supplements and that is the reason I always played with my diet plans and I still do it.


Omega Fatty acids are important dietary fats. These are Polyunsaturated fats also known as Healthy Fats.

Types of omega are Omega 3, Omega 6, and Omega 9


Omega 3 and Omega 6 are to be consumed from the diet as these are not produced inside our body. Omega 9 is produced in the body

Omega 3 They are well known for improving cardiovascular health, they also help boost the immune system and nervous systems as they prevent the formation of plaque, prevent the thickening of arterial walls because of bad cholesterol, Increase good cholesterol, lower blood pressure, keep brain functions well


Omega 3 -Normal dose is 3 to 4gms per day

Rich sources of Omega 3 are Fish-

Mackerel (Bangda), Salmon (Rawas), Tuna (Kupa), Anchovy - Mandeli, Sardines ( Pedvey)


Omega 6 is also an essential fat, however, Omega 3 needs to eat more than Omega 6


Omega 6 sources are sunflower seeds, almonds, corn oil, walnuts cashew nuts.


The recommended dose is 12 to 17 grams per day


Omega 9 is a non-essential fatty acid as it is produced in the body, so need not worry also when you eat the right sources of omega-rich food, you get Omega 9 also from it.


Are you wondering What if I am vegetarian?

The best sources of omega-3s are oily fish, whereas omega-6s and omega-9s are present in plant oils, nuts, and seeds.


Seeds and nuts are the options that will give you omega 3-6-9 fatty acids.


How do you Store Seeds and nuts & consume them?


Mix it and keep it in an airtight container. soy foods & canola oil, olive oil, cashew oil almond oil, and avocado oil are good sources of omega fatty acids.
