In this 7-Day Moms Walkathon, we’ll ease you into a simple movement routine that fits beautifully into a busy mom’s lifestyle. Each day, we’ll focus on one powerful element that connects your mind, body, breath, and steps — so walking becomes more than exercise… it becomes your daily reset. We’re not chasing big numbers or extreme goals. We’re starting slow. We’ll begin with 8–10k steps daily, broken into small pockets of time (morning, lunch break, post-dinner), and gradually help you turn walking into a habit you look forward to.
